1. Do you arrange private flights?

Private Luxury Travel has excellent connections in the national and international private aviation. The company can arrange a variety of private flight reservations, for individuals or for groups up to 14 people, small or big planes, for short or long distances, with a time frame up to 8 hours.

Safety is always our priority, which translates both to experienced pilots and perfectly maintained aircraft, as well as to medically equipped planes/ helicopters or even ambulance aircraft.

2. Must I pay in advance?

Usually, the tourism packs (flights and accommodation bookings) arranged by Private Luxury Travel must be paid in advance. There is some flexibility in some cases of hotel bookings, but a credit card guarantee will be requested.

The advance payment is compulsory for the special offers published on the website, as well as for the reservations in the crowded periods like Christmas, Easter etc.

3. Do you offer assistance for the international travels you arrange?

Our concierge services are available by request 24/7. If you are in need for plane transfers, airport-hotel and back transfers, restaurant reservations, special surprises for your companions (birthday gifts or just a consideration reminder) or anything else you can think of, just call us and we’ll take care of it.

4. Do you organize special events abroad?

Private Luxury Travel can help you with any type of events in your international destination. Starting with private dinners, special club reservations (golf, SPA and so forth), continuing with business meetings in exceptional places, up to weddings in exotic locations.
